Terms of Service — Juma Vintech Innovations (operating as Vintech Africa)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any products, hardware, software, documentation, or services provided by Juma Vintech Innovations (operating as Vintech Africa), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Vintech Africa delivers engineering services, IoT systems, e-mobility electronics, SmartKey solutions, robotics rigs, web development, and related support. Specific deliverables, schedules, and fees are defined in individual contracts, quotations, or proposals.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including designs, firmware, schematics, source code, and documentation created by Juma Vintech Innovations remains the property of Juma Vintech Innovations unless explicitly transferred by a written agreement. Clients receive a limited license or usage rights as defined in the contract.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate project requirements, timely feedback, and access to resources as agreed.
  • Pay invoices according to agreed schedules; failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
  • Follow acceptable use practices for deployed systems; misuse that damages equipment or violates law is the client's responsibility.

5. Payment and Fees

Projects are billed per agreed milestones or subscription plans. All fees are quoted in the contract or invoice. Late payments may incur interest or collection fees as permitted by applicable law.

6. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

Vintech Africa provides reasonable efforts to ensure systems function as described. Except where prohibited by law, Juma Vintech Innovations' liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms in the project agreement. Upon termination, outstanding fees become due and any licensed access may be suspended or revoked.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved under the applicable Kenyan legal framework unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Changes to Terms

Juma Vintech Innovations may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
